Durham, NC - Porcelain Tub and Tile, Bryant Comstock (Floors)

This job was a strategic highly intense job with very specific instructions to achieve the look that we had to end up with.

The customer wanted solid resins on vanities as well as tile floors in two bathrooms. The colors selected were Benjamin Moore that we have to convert over to our distributor Hawk Research.

Floors require intense cleaning and etching not to mention a enormous amount of taping. Use of a adhesion promoter is critical for years of wear and tear. The resin itself will take up to 7 days to accept foot traffic but once cured, it is as durable as the substrate below it.

There were some chips on each floor that we needed to putty with our filler.the finish on each floor was considered semi-gloss,high gloss in a bathroom would be too slick when exposed to water. In the end, glazing a bath floor will have that tile look that customers want along with sealing the grout for easy cleaning.
